At Sky Developments we believe in building better and are constantly improving the systems and technologies we implement in our residential building projects. Every development built by Sky undergoes rigerous quality control analysis throughout the build process under the expert eyes of our residential construction team.

Our Green House, carbon zero prototype home in Holywood, has allowed us to carry out real time testing and assessment of all the renewables and energy efficient technologies we are now rolling out in our residential housing stock. From SIP panels to solar thermal tubes each element of a residential Sky build has been tried and tested to ensure maximum efficiency levels.

Independent government agencies including Action Renewables and local educational institutions including the University of Ulster are currently carrying out extensive assessment programmes of all Sky building solutions implemented at our prototype home to ensure the constant improvements we strive for achieved.

Our aim at Sky is to lead the way in energy efficient and low carbon residential house building with cost effective, scalable solutions for developers and home owners.
