Structural Insulated Panels Systems, Sips, are an evolution of traditional timber frame building. The composite construction ensures Sky Sips offer excellent structural load bearing, combined with superior insulation, whilst eliminating problems such as thermal bridging and compression shrinkage.

The Sky Sips Building system has been extensively tested by CERAM, an independent; UKAS approved facility and is also approved by ZURICH Municipal, making a Sky Sips structures eligible for the Zurich Municipal Building Guarantee.

Sky Sips manufacturing and process partners Hemsec have experience in the design, manufacture and installation of education projects. Working with leading main contractor companies in the UK we have made considerable progress with PFI school initiatives. One of the main reasons for this is that SIP provides the 'building owner' with virtually no call backs for 'snagging' due to the fact that minimal shrinkage occurs following construction. Also the extraordinary energy efficiency benefits the local authority in reduced operating costs.
