Sky Developments and Sky Group Sites - General Terms & Conditions

Skydevelopments.com is a gateway site to other sites which are operated by other companies in the Sky group.

From time to time you may be asked to register your details with us, or with other Virgin companies, in order to receive products or services or to enter competitions. When you do, additional terms and conditions will apply.

If you choose to access any interactive services provided by Skydevelopments.com then there may be other guidelines or rules, which you will have to abide by.

For example, if you enter any forum or other community area we expect all our users to behave in a respectful way to other users. These guidelines or rules will be made clear when they apply.

To use our website, we need you to agree to these terms and conditions, and any additional terms and conditions which shall apply to your use of Skydevelopments.com or any of the other Sky sites.

When using Skydevelopments.com or any of the other Sky sites you agree:

* not to do anything which will or might damage, interfere with, disrupt access to, interrupt or impair the functionality of the material available on the sites;

* not to threaten, harass, stalk, abuse, disrupt or otherwise violate the rights of others, including individuals' privacy rights;not to make any unauthorised, false or fraudulent orders, bookings or request for services;

* not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the sites or any private or member account areas on the sites;

not do, cause or permit anything to be done that may infringe, damage or interfere with any intellectual property rights of Sky Developments or any of our associated companies or third parties. Also, not to do anything that is otherwise unlawful or which may cause any liability for us or any other Sky company. If you send us or post any material or other information to Skydevelopments.com or the other Sky sites you agree that Sky will not treat this information as confidential and we will be free to keep and republish this information and reuse it as we see fit. You agree to give up your rights to be identified.

If we consider that you have breached any of these terms and conditions or have otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct when using the Sky sites we reserve the right to:

* warn you via e-mail that you have breached these terms, and ask you to stop such conduct;

* delete any material or content which you may have posted without notice to you;

* discontinue your membership to Skydevelopments.com and/or any other related subscriptions to additional services offered through the Sky sites; and

* take measures (including terminating, suspending or restricting your access) to prevent you from using Skydevelopments.com or any other Sky site.

If your conduct on or use of Skydevelopments.com or any other Sky site causes us or any other Sky company loss, damage or other costs, you shall be responsible for reimbursing these costs.

It's important to note that using the Internet does have its dangers. We take reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, but we can't be held responsible for:

* the security of Skydevelopments.com or the other Sky sites

* for any damage, loss of, or corruption of any data, information or material or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property.

* breach of security by hackers as a result of your use of Skydevelopments.com or any other Sky site.

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings or revenue, or loss or corruption of data or information) which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of or failure to use Skydevelopments.com or any other Sky site. This includes any information, products or services obtained through or any contract entered into via Skydevelopments.com or any other Sky site.

From time to time we may need to update the content on Skydevelopments.com or the other Sky sites and/or maintain the software and other equipment that runs the sites. During these times you may not be able to access the sites or things may be a bit slower than normal. If this happens, please try again later.

These terms and conditions may be amended, updated and/or modified by us from time to time. You'll still need to agree to them, so it's a good idea to keep checking back here to stay up to date.

Sky Developments and Sky Group Sites - Terms & Conditions Relating To Property Particulars

We have taken care to ensure the accuracy or completeness of the contents of the Site. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on the Site and to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any and all representations, warranties and undertakings in connection with the Site including all implied warranties and conditions, including such as to merchantability, fitness and title except as expressly otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions.

Within the Site you may find links or references to third party materials and third party sites. We accept no liability of any description in respect of the contents of such materials or sites. We should not be taken to be endorsing, publishing, permitting or authorising such sites or materials.

Should you do business with any of the third parties referred to above, the contract will be directly between you and the relevant party. We shall not be responsible or liable for any such dealings.

Other Terms and Conditions

Artist and computer images are for general guidance only. Landscaping and vehicles are not included. All details, visual impressions and maps are given for illustrative purposes only and are presented in good faith as a guide only.

The developer reserves the right to substitute materials of similar quality should they become difficult to source, out of stock or require to be substituted due to changes in Building Control or Planning legislation. Details of changes in specification or materials can be obtained from us.

Drawings, plans or maps are reproduced for information only and should not be relied upon as forming part of any contract, sale or lease and are not to scale. All dimensions are approximate and should be checked on site for absolute accuracy. Completion dates are approximate.

A booking deposit does not constitute a contract and is offered only as stake holding until such times as a binding contract is in force when the booking deposit will comprise part of the purchase price.

There may be other Terms and Conditions on areas of the Site which relate to your use of such areas, all of which will, together with these Terms and Conditions, govern your use of the Site.
